Dinkar Sinha is a highly experienced Cloud Engineering Leader with over 18 years of diverse experience in technical project management, line management, technical support, programming, system analysis, and research & development. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of programming languages, software development life cycle, and platforms, and has worked with multiple customers in different locations across India, Canada, USA, Finland, China, and Mozambique. As a Senior Manager Cloud DevOps at Rogers Communications, Dinkar has onboarded different cloud platforms and services, including Azure and AWS, within the Rogers environment. He has also fully automated the container platform and response, developed in-house services for automation of different operational tasks and activities, and upgraded tagging topology for better maintenance and operations of cloud infrastructure. He has designed and implemented the intake process, including Jira/Confluence and GitHub, and managed vendor collaboration. Previously, Dinkar worked as an R&D DevOps Lead and an R&D Line Manager at Nokia, where he streamlined the feature test case execution process using DevOps methodologies and created a dashboard for executed feature test cases. He also managed a team of 15 developers focused on the development of operation and maintenance interfaces with different domains like WebUI, Alarm Management, Performance Management, License Management, Certificate Management, and User Security. Dinkar's tech stack includes DevOps, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Jenkins, research scientist, software engineer, infra, ML, and microservices. He is a diligent individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, and proven abilities in team management, project management, planning, and debugging.
