Dipak Patil is a highly motivated and skilled Master's student at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar, specializing in Manufacturing Engineering. With a passion for research in the field of Additive Manufacturing, he is currently working on his thesis, which involves recycling polymer and metal machining waste materials and using them as feedstock for FDM processes. Dipak has gained valuable industry experience through his internship at the Automotive Research Association of India, Pune, where he worked on a project involving the Additive manufacturing technique to make a customized inner shell of a helmet and increase the hardness of the outer shell by doing Cold Spray Coating over the outer shell. He has a strong background in Design and Simulation Softwares such as SolidWorks and ANSYS, and is currently working on the Simulation of the Additive manufacturing process, particularly in the Cold Spray process. Dipak is also interested in coding and has completed certification courses in PYTHON and Data Analysis with Python. With 1.43 years of relevant experience, Dipak is now seeking new job opportunities to further develop his skills and contribute to the industry. He is a quick learner, a team player, and possesses excellent communication skills. Dipak is open to discussing his work and sharing his knowledge over mail or phone.
