Dipak Patil is an experienced Member of Technical Staff with a strong background in the Big Data and Storage Domain Industry. With over 8 years of experience, Dipak has been a key member in building the Big Data Pipeline in the AWS cloud and has worked with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba, and GCP, as well as hypervisors like VMware, HyperV, AHV, and Virtualbox. He has independently implemented the backup and recovery workflows of VMware VM and contributed to the development of the migration solution across multiple clouds and hypervisors. Currently, Dipak is working at Nutanix as a Member of Technical Staff. Prior to his current role, he worked as a Software Engineer at Veritas and Sureline Systems. At Sureline Systems, Dipak contributed to the development of the SUREedge Backup Appliance, a disaster recovery product that supports physical system backup for Windows/Linux and application backups, FS backup for windows, and UNC path. Dipak holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Sinhgad Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from SMIT Polytechnic.
