Dipeen Verma is an experienced Java developer with over 10 years of experience in the IAM, Investment Banking, and Hotels domain. He is currently working as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at VMware, where he manages access and authorization of various VMware SaaS offerings. As a lead engineer, he is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of features related to the identity domain. Dipeen also looks into on-call issues and collaborates among teams for the modules under his maintenance. He mentors interns and takes sessions on design review and technical talk. Prior to his current role, Dipeen was a Lead Developer at Auditoria.ai, where he was one of the founding engineers and contributed to the company's journey from a seed venture to an A-series company. He designed and developed the Data Integration Platform, which has integration with various ERPs such as Netsuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle Fusion ERP, among others. He also mentored new joiners and managed a team of external consultants. Before joining Auditoria.ai, Dipeen worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, where he built cloud products, namely, Oracle CASB. He has also worked on various tech stacks such as Software Engineer, Java, SQL, Spring, Integration, AI, Spark, Javascript, Big Data, Microservices, Backend, Senior Software Engineer, MySQL, Kafka, Spring Boot, Web, Cassandra, Search, ETL, Apache Hive, and UI. Dipeen holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and completed his schooling from Manava Bharati India International School. With over 11 years of relevant experience, Dipeen is a dad, learner, engineer, traveler, and dad.
