Dipesh Garg is the CEO of Truelancer, a global freelance marketplace that connects businesses with on-demand, authentic, and experienced freelancers and community professionals. He is also the founder of MyRemoteTeam, a quick and easy way for businesses to pay remote teams, employees, consultants, and freelancers. Dipesh has over 12 years of relevant experience in building scalable internet businesses, product development, and deep operational experience in consumer internet, marketplaces, and bridging online-offline business models. Dipesh is a visionary leader with a clear mission to build a global community of trusted freelancers. His vision is to empower most people to become independent contractors who have the flexibility to work part-time for several organizations at the same time, or do a series of short full-time gigs with different companies over the course of a year. Companies will maintain only a minimal full-time staff of executives, key managers, and professionals and bring in the rest of the required talent as needed in a targeted, flexible, and deliberate way. Dipesh has a proven track record of building successful startup products from the ground up. He has worked with Summly, which was acquired by Yahoo, and has built three startup products. Dipesh is a growth hacker and has a deep eye for data, design, and distribution. Dipesh has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rajasthan Technical University and has completed the Startup School 2019 program from Y Combinator. He also holds a XII Std. degree in Science from H.G. International School, Abu Road, and a X Std. degree in General from St. Anselms Secondary School, Abu Road.
