Diptarka Gupta is an Outdoor Leader, Photographer, Travel Blogger, Cultural Immersion enthusiast, and Minimalist. Currently working at indiahikes, he has a rich experience of 8.70 years in the field. Diptarka has a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Information Technology from iiit bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science and Engineering from heritage institute of technology. He also has a Higher Secondary (10 + 2) degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Statistics from patha bhavan, kolkata, and a Madhyamik (10th Standard) degree with a score of 82.25% from the same school. Diptarka has worked as an after-school volunteer tutor for children from disadvantaged families in Cusco, Peru, with the non-profit organization Corazón de los Apus. He has also founded the travel blog and photography page, Mustard Under My Feet, after taking a career break from his Software Developer profession to travel the world. He spent a year backpacking, trekking, and volunteering in Latin America during this break. Diptarka is proficient in Spanish, which he used as a mode of communication while working with Corazón de los Apus.
