With a strong understanding of the Hadoop ecosystem and various open-source libraries and frameworks, she has a proven track record of delivering complex software and solutions using Java and C#. Currently, Dipti is the Engineering Group Manager and Site Leader for Power Portals at Microsoft, where she oversees the LC/NC web application platform for building web and mobile applications that can scale to millions of users instantaneously. Prior to this, she was the Senior Engineering Manager at Mobileum, where she managed and led engineering efforts for counter-fraud analytics and prevention and predictive intelligence. She also worked as a Technical Lead at Huawei, where she was responsible for handling requirement analysis, design, and development of projects for 50+ telecom operators and managed the E2E delivery of projects. Dipti holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
