Dipti Rathi is a highly skilled UI/UX/Visual design professional with over 15 years of experience in online media and IT. Currently, she is working as a User Interface Principal Engineer at Boomi, where her responsibilities include gathering requirements from the product team, conducting research, and providing innovative design solutions for the application UI. She also mentors junior team members and keeps the team updated with the latest trends. As an Agile scrum team member, she is involved in all aspects of product development, including designing, maintaining UI assets, validating features, and collaborating with the Dev and QA teams to deliver flawless features. Prior to joining Boomi, Dipti worked as a Principal UI Designer at Unifi Software, a US-based innovative big data start-up. Here, she quickly familiarized herself with the big data world, which gave her a new perspective towards user perception and experience. Combining her knowledge of online media and enterprise application, she understands users well. As a senior member of the UI/UX team, she played a crucial role in gathering requirements, conducting research, and providing innovative design solutions for the application UI. She also mentored junior team members and kept the team updated with the latest trends. Before Unifi Software, Dipti worked as a Creative Supervisor - Digital at Saatchi & Saatchi Focus Network, a Publicis Group company that provides digital solutions. Here, she led digital campaigns and web designing solutions for various sectors like IT, healthcare, and telecom clients such as Infosys, CSS Corp, and Mylan. She actively participated in team brain-storming sessions for pitch presentations and mentored junior team members to help them understand UI concepts and web design. Dipti has a degree in Graphics and Animation from CDAC MET Mumbai and completed her H.S.S.C. in Science from Brijlal Biyani Science College.
