Dipti Tandon is a seasoned entrepreneur and startup veteran with a passion for everything digital. With almost 30 years of relevant experience, she has established herself as a successful matchmaker in the business world. Dipti's first attempt at matchmaking was in 1999 when she founded Jeevansathi.com, a matrimony portal that quickly gained popularity in India. In 2005, she set up Magicbricks for the Times Group, which became India's number one property portal, connecting property owners and seekers. Currently, Dipti is the co-founder of CoffeeMug.ai, a global opportunity network that uses AI matchmaking to connect startups with venture capitalists, professionals for leadership hiring, and expert advice. CoffeeMug.ai is an invite-only network with members from Nexus, SAIF Partners, Facebook, Google, Hotstar, Kalaari, Morgan Stanley, and other top companies. Dipti is a Chief Business Officer for Lenskart, where she scaled traffic, revenues, and built out the online team. She delivered the highest year-on-year revenue and traffic growth and built in-house technology to solve the problem of size for online users. She also served as the Business Head for BaaziNow, where she set up and led the initiative, a live anchor-based game show app that combined complex technology, real-time streaming, and a complete studio setup for game shows. Dipti is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where she received her MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi. Dipti's tech stack includes AI and web development. She is currently looking to expand her team and is hiring graphic designers, relationship managers, web developers, and business development professionals in the leadership recruitment space.
