Diptika Shukla is a skilled Technical Lead with over 8 years of experience in mobile development across product-based, service-based, and startup companies. She is currently working at Synergym España where she is involved in complete end-to-end product development and responsible for playstore release and team management. She has also developed IOT projects for custom bike and treadmill apps solo and implemented Google in-app payment system along with other playstore policy compliance. Additionally, she has implemented a video player for HD video playing including BLE devices connection and responsible for managing multiple android apps for different devices. Prior to her current role, Diptika worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff- Android at Auro where she was responsible for complete end-to-end product development, playstore release, customer feedback, maintenance of product, optimization, and stakeholder management. She was also responsible for the complete rebranding of the product. Before that, she was a Lead Software Developer-Android at Docsapp where she was involved in the complete software development process including design, development, testing, maintenance, and responsible for sprint completion on time and weekly playstore release. She also led the complete android team and was involved in the hiring process. Diptika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with honors from Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
