Disha Banerji is a seasoned Content and Curriculum Developer with extensive experience in Instructional Design and Strategy Implementation. She is currently working in the e-learning sector, focusing on developing engaging content for soft skills to enhance public speaking, comprehension, and critical thinking skills in learners. Disha has a diverse background in education and has worked with Teach for India for over 3.5 years, where she worked directly with 150 young girls in a low-income community and schools to develop sustainable approaches to education and holistic development. She also volunteered with Teach for India, gaining grassroot level experiences in school development, community development, and investing in multiple stakeholders, which provided her with the platform to strengthen her knowledge and skills in the education sector and the implementation of policies at the grassroot level. In addition to her education experience, Disha has also interned with the recruitment sector, where she gained an understanding of how the front force to recruit committed individuals with the belief and vision against ed inequity makes you look at the bigger picture. Disha also has experience in the core field of biotechnology, where she worked in the research and development department of fermentation, including both upstream and downstream processing of enzymes, giving her ample opportunities to have scientific trials and research on a micro-level. Disha has a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore's R.V.College Of Engineering and completed her high school education from St. Annes School, Jodhpur. She has worked with several companies in the past, including Care as a Senior Instructional Designer Consultant and Teach for Bangladesh as an Associate Fellow Advisor. Currently, Disha is working as a Project Consultant with Skill Josh, where she is utilizing her expertise in instructional design, content development, and strategy implementation to provide valuable insights and solutions to the organization. With 8.19 years of relevant experience, Disha is a highly skilled professional with a passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive impact in the community.
