Divakar Verma is a highly skilled computer science professional with a passion for applying his knowledge to real-world scenarios. With a keen interest in deep learning, he has worked for some of the biggest names in the tech industry, including Nvidia, Samsung R&D, and Flipkart. Currently, Divakar works as an ML-Engineer and SDE-2 at Flipkart, where he is part of the ASR team responsible for building in-house voice search and text-to-speech models using deep learning. He is dedicated to enhancing voice search capabilities, and his work has the potential to revolutionize the way we interact with technology. Before joining Flipkart, Divakar worked at Samsung R&D Bangalore, where he was a senior software engineer in the AI-Vision Solutions team. Here, he specialized in the intersection of computer vision, deep learning, and computational imaging. He was responsible for commercializing AI-powered features for Samsung smartphone devices, including end-to-end CNN based architecture for image enhancement, selfie enhancement and personalization for flagship devices, and DL-based demosaicing using ResNet-bottleneck architecture for camera pipeline. Divakar holds a B.E. (Hons.) degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He has also completed his senior secondary degree from SGGS Collegiate Public School and his secondary school degree from Bhavan Vidyalaya Chandigarh. Divakar's tech stack includes software engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, search, computer vision, CNN, and ResNet. He has 4.77 years of relevant experience and is always looking for new ways to apply his skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the world.
