With over 4 years of experience in product management, I am passionate about creating impactful and user-centric solutions for the B2C e-commerce and marketplace domains. As a product manager at Bijak, I spearhead the growth and innovation for India's agri value chain, enabling better prices, working capital, and logistics for buyers and sellers across the country. In my current role, I have led the launch and optimization of several features that have significantly increased user engagement, retention, and revenue. Some of my notable achievements include orchestrating a 64% increase in the pass-through rate on the counter-party selection page, driving an 84% increase in counter-party conversion rate, and conceptualizing and launching the Bijak Logistics feature to meet the transportation needs of the users. I have also worked on backend machine learning algorithms, A/B testing, user research, and data analysis to enhance the user experience and satisfaction.
