Divya PM is a seasoned Agile Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, and Scrum Master with over 12 years of experience predominantly in healthcare and banking domains with Fortune 500 companies. She has experience in both service and product-based industries. Currently, she is working as a Staff Technical Program Manager at Walmart Labs India. As an Agile Release Train Engineer, Divya has coordinated between 8 teams for connecting instruments to ThermoFisher Cloud. She facilitates ART events and processes, assists teams in delivering value, communicates with stakeholders, helps solve impediments and manage risk, and drives relentless improvement. As an Agile Coach, she has been involved in transforming teams from Waterfall to Agile, looks for innovative means, and actively implements ways for the team to continuously improve. She interacts, discusses, and trains teams of different levels of maturity across portfolios, programs, and reports to senior management and other stakeholders regarding the overall progress and any issues/risks identified at any level. She has also been involved in formulating key metrics for the organization. Divya has expertise in process management and has owned and driven various process and compliance management initiatives. She also worked as a Scrum Master/Mainframe Lead at ITC, where she facilitated sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations, protected the development team from outside distractions, impediments or team conflicts, and maintained focus on product backlog and project timeline. Divya holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur. She is a SAFe Practitioner with relevant experience of 16.79 years and possesses skills in product management and testing.
