Divya Bhurangi is an experienced HR professional with over 8 years of experience. She also devised and implemented a rigorous 60-day training program for the Yoga Instructors to be trained on the SARVA module. Divya worked closely with the functional leaders to help them prepare role descriptions with tangible KPIs and team structure for their respective functions. She was also a key decision-maker in all things related to the People Function (HR), including hiring SOPs, interviewing every candidate irrespective of seniority to assess cultural fitment, training schedules along with content creation, seamless onboarding experience for new joinees, appraisal conversations, exit interview and feedback, employer branding, and more. In her previous role as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Zomato, Divya successfully built the Gold Business Team across India, closed 180 open positions to help the business team launch and scale the Gold Business from 4 cities to across India, and scaled the Online Ordering Team from 80 cities to 160 cities in a span of 6 months. She also successfully built Zomato Tech Team in Bangalore from scratch along with leading a team of 3 team members and was actively involved in campus hiring for the year 2018-19. Divya holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Life Sciences from the University of Delhi. She attended Delhi Public School, Vidyut Nagar, from 1995 to 2010.
