Divya Jain is an enthusiastic and self-motivated IT Recruiter and Research Associate at Iris HigherGround with a passion for learning new things and always striving to do her best. At Iris HigherGround, Divya is responsible for conducting initial interviews and pre-screening assessments. She oversees open demands for IT and non-IT positions, including Java Developers/Lead, QA, Taxation, Finance Transformation, Instructional Design, and many more across different clients. She has hands-on experience with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and uses sourcing strategies through job portals and social media platforms, Boolean Search, and LinkedIn Xray tool. She also manages client relationships and engages with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Divya has previously worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Tech Nerds, where she designed the official logo for the company. She also worked as an Operational HR at Youth Empowerment Foundation, where she was involved in the Induction and Training Department of volunteers and HR interns. Divya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Distance Learning) in Human Resources from All India Management Association (AIMA), an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from Jagan Institute of Management Studies (Rohini), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in General from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). She completed her 12th grade in Commerce with Maths from Nav Bharti Public School. Divya's tech stack includes Research Scientist, QA, Java, Search, Frontend, and Backend. With 1.78 years of relevant experience, Divya is a valuable asset to any organization that she works with.
