Divya Laiker is a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for solving complex business problems and leading with impact. As a 2023 MBA candidate at the Simon Business School, Divya is focusing on Strategy and Price consulting. With a background in software engineering, Divya has honed her product design and client management skills while working with Informatica. Looking ahead, Divya is focused on using her expertise to delve into management consulting projects, particularly in the healthcare and technology sphere. She possesses exceptional project management skills, technology optimization, critical and strategic thinking, agile and problem-solving abilities, collaborative team-player, fast learner, strong work ethic, and empathic leadership qualities. Currently, Divya is working as a Consultant at Simon Vision Consulting, where she is utilizing her expertise in strategy and price consulting to help businesses grow. In the past, she has worked as a Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer at Informatica, where she developed data management solutions. Divya has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Thapar University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School. She is a STEM graduate and a Forté Fellow. In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Divya possesses strong technical skills, including software engineering and product design.
