Divya Prabhu is a dynamic Software Engineer with a passion for developing innovative solutions and pushing boundaries in the field of technology. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Divya has gained valuable experience in various technical roles. Currently, Divya is serving as a Summer Intern at Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, where she has developed a discourse plugin for allowing discourse to be used as a Learning Management System (LMS). Her work enabled authors of topics and users above a certain privilege level to add pre-requisite topics and organize them into a logical sequence. Her expertise in Ruby on Rails and Ember.js framework and discourse API has been instrumental in the success of the project. Prior to her current role, Divya served as a Specials Panel Coordinator at Quark BITS Pilani Goa, where she organized and managed events under the specials panel in Quark’20, the annual technical festival of BITS Goa. She also worked as a Teaching Assistant for Object Oriented Programming course at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Divya's academic achievements and technical expertise are reflected in her proficiency in various technologies.
