Divya Sharma is a detail-oriented Software Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and breaking down complex problems into rudimentary blocks. With over six years of relevant experience, Divya has honed her skills in C#, SQL, JavaScript, and other technologies while also gaining valuable industry knowledge. She has worked as a .Net developer at Tata Consultancy Services for around four years, where she worked with a renowned chemical and agribusiness client. In addition to her technical skills, Divya has pursued a Masters in Business Management, which has broadened her horizon and skillset, giving her useful insight into real-world problems and sharpening her analytical skills. She has also learned several research and data analytics methodologies and tools, such as R, STATA, and SPSS, along with experience working with government and not-for-profit organizations. One of Divya's most important skills is differentiating between the symptom and actual cause of a problem, and then working on a solution from there. She is passionate about giving back to society and working for the less-privileged, and tries to do her part in whichever way she can. Currently, Divya is working at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer as part of the Returnship program, where she is working with talented engineers to analyze and solve real-world payment risk problems. She is also learning new technologies, business scenarios, and system designs. Divya has worked with Kudumbashree National Resource Organisation as a Young Professional, where she worked towards the implementation of State Level Programs under National Rural Livelihood Mission. She has also worked with International Water Management Institute as a Management Intern, where she worked on the impact assessment of the government scheme “Saur Sujala” on the farm economy of Chhattisgarh. Divya has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences and an MBA from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). She also has an AISSCE from Laxman Public School, New Delhi. Overall, Divya is a skilled Software Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and giving back to society.
