With his tech-loaded platform, he has efficiently improved the offer-joining ratio by allowing employers to choose the talent of their choice with little onboarding time, while also ensuring that candidates receive the price points they deserve. Prior to founding PitcrewHR, Divyam established Shiryam Technologies, a modern age product development company that helps multiple startup founders build their dream technical products. As the invisible tech backbone of many funded startups in the fintech, community, media, logistics, and e-commerce space, he has worked with clients such as Salt.Pe, CJ Darcl Logistics, PushStart Media Networks, Nirvana Hedge Fund, and TCG Media. With just two years in the business, he has already grown the company at a good pace and has a team of engineers working to build sustainable and highly complex technology solutions. Before his entrepreneurial journey, Divyam worked as a SAP Technical Consultant for PwC, one of the world's biggest organizations. He was responsible for developing custom SAPUI5 applications for clients across multiple industries and simultaneously working on ABAP to develop the Rest API services (OData) for the UI5 applications. He was also responsible for custom RICEFW developments in ABAP and was awarded the PwC Experience-Individual Award for outstanding contribution in the SAP GST implementation phase. Divyam holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from NIEC and has completed his undergraduation from Bal Bharti Public School and Prabhu Dayal Public School. With 7.36 years of relevant experience, he is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional who is committed to driving innovation and excellence in the tech industry.
