Divyanshu Anand is an accomplished professional with a diverse range of experience in the payments, consumer lending, SME lending, strategy and operations, business, product, P&L, alliances and partnerships, and secured lending domains. With over 9 years of relevant experience, he has worked with some of the leading companies in the industry, including CARS24, Paytm, Blinkit, and Britannia. Currently serving as the AVP Consumer Lending at CARS24, Divyanshu is responsible for the P&L for the consumer lending business used car, strategy around pricing, PMF, and alliances and partnerships with lending partners like FLDG and JV. He has a proven track record of driving business growth and creating successful partnerships with key stakeholders. Prior to his current role, Divyanshu worked with Paytm as the Merchant Management- Product and Strategy, where he was responsible for product conceptualization and road map for on-boarding EDC/POS merchants, managing post-sales service team and driving merchant activation, device management, process conceptualization and roll-out, and productivity improvement of field teams. He also worked with Grofers as the City Head- Bangalore, where he set up the complete Bangalore team from Day-1, managed the last mile delivery team, first mile pick-up team, procurement team, vendor management, and customer experience. Divyanshu holds an MBA in PGDIM from NITIE and a BE in Information Technology from DTU. He also has a strong educational background, having completed his schooling from Ryan International School. In terms of technical skills, he is proficient in Parts-of-speech.
