Divyanshu Asthana is a highly accomplished Human Resource Business Partner with over 6 years of experience in the field. Currently, he is serving as the Deputy General Manager at Godrej Capital, where he is responsible for various HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, L&D, Policy Communication, and Employee Grievance Handling. He also leads Statutory Compliance and HR operations for the North and West 2 regions. Divyanshu is an alumnus of Delhi School of Economics, where he pursued MBA in HRD and served as the President of the Student Body. Before joining Godrej Capital, he worked with Infosys Limited as a Software Engineer. In his previous role as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Godrej Agrovet, Divyanshu led the HR function for Central India Region, managing employee life-cycle of 200+ employees spread across 3 states and 5 factories. His primary responsibilities included driving HR Business Partnering, Strategic Talent Acquisition and Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Statutory Compliances, Capability Building Interventions, Organization Development Interventions, Culture Building, Rewards and Recognition Programs, and Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives. Divyanshu's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UP Technical University, and a Science degree from City Montessori School. He has also completed a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Development from Delhi School of Economics.
