Divyanshu Rai is a highly motivated and results-driven MBA student with a keen interest in Sustainability Management, Supply Chain & Operations Management, and Industrial Safety. He is currently pursuing his MBA from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai, which is IOSH accredited. Divyanshu is an experienced ITIL certified professional with a demonstrated history of working in the IT industry. He is skilled in Digital Sustainability, Strategy Development, Climate Finance, Marketing Management, Product Management, Program Management, and Management Consulting. Divyanshu is passionate about influencing more corporates to integrate the principles of sustainability into their core strategy and business decisions. He is currently working as a Sustainability Intern at dnv, where he is responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies for the organization. In his previous role as a Research Intern at the World Bank, Divyanshu conducted extensive research to identify value-chain barriers to circular E-O-L in the Indian Solar PV industry. He also analyzed global best practices and devised strategies for market-driven PV Extended Producer Responsibility. Additionally, he explored prospects for PV recyclability and drafted a comprehensive report on Circularity in the Solar PV industry. As a Summer Intern at UltraTech Cement, Divyanshu formulated a strategy for CDP response and analyzed the CDP scoring pattern for FY 21 to close gaps. He examined scenarios to assess business, strategic, and financial implications of climate-related activities and drafted CDP response by curating 88 answers as per the guidelines to elevate UltraTech's score and rank. Divyanshu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University Institute of Technology, RGPV. He is also a Research Scientist and Product Manager with 1.76 years of relevant experience. Divyanshu is a highly analytical individual with excellent problem-solving skills, and he is always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
