Divyanshu Singh is a Co-Founder and CEO at Glamplus, a SAAS platform for SMB salons and spas to digitize their businesses. With almost 10 years of experience in operations, growth, and sales, Divyanshu has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies. Before founding Glamplus, Divyanshu led sales and growth strategy in Pagarbook, where he managed 3rd party engagement, acquisitions, brand activations, and retention. Prior to that, he was heading rental operations as an Operations Head in Bounce across 2 cities, Bangalore and Hyderabad. During his tenure, he managed a fleet of more than 7K scooters with a team strength of over 150 employees across both cities. He was responsible for rationalizing operations costs by increasing fleet utilization, improving manpower efficiency, and introducing process and product level changes. As a city operations head in Bangalore, Divyanshu led the cluster CEO role, responsible for making P&L viable and unit economics (CM3) positive. He managed a team of more than 300 employees ranging from Senior Manager, Manager, AMs, and TLS. Divyanshu also had experience in leading growth/sales functions in HoReCa vertical in Ninjacart, where he launched 200+ Mini Markets (Micro DC) in Bangalore and Pune. He set up the logistics unit in Pune and led middle mile operations in Pune, resulting in fleet utilization of more than 80%. Divyanshu has a solid educational background, with a PGDM-Masters in Business Administration from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. He also has experience in managing pan India operations at Navigers.com, a travel tech holiday startup, and worked as a City Supply Manager at Ola Bangalore to manage and optimize the supply chain of Ola Auto drivers. With his extensive experience and knowledge, Divyanshu is passionate about building Glamplus to provide a SAAS platform for SMB Salons and Spas to digitize the $200bn offline economy in the APAC market.
