Divyesh Shah is a seasoned technology and product leader with over 19 years of relevant industry experience, including 10+ years as a people leader. He has a global experience in strategizing and delivering highly innovative products for both enterprise and end consumers, with a focus on eCommerce, multichannel retail, fintech, and industrial automation. Divyesh has an entrepreneurial mindset and is skilled in building multidisciplinary, multi-site teams from the ground up and delivering on product, program, and tech innovations. Currently, Divyesh is the Head of Marketplace Product & Engineering at Flipkart, where he is building products to manage the complete lifecycle of sellers on Flipkart, including listing management, product quality, fulfillment, payments/settlements, business growth, partner services, returns/reverse logistics, seller and brand protection, and seller behavior shaping. Prior to Flipkart, Divyesh was leading WW Amazon BuyX Customer Experience teams across several critical customer experiences, including product evaluation, configuration, related products, latency/speed. He led global programs with a diverse team of product managers, program managers, software development managers, software/data engineers. Before Amazon, Divyesh played leadership roles in retail (Target) and in the automobile/IoT (Bosch) industry. He also founded Bitplay, where he launched MolWol, a local, decentralized commerce platform, and scaled the SaaS offering to 1K+ sellers across 20+ countries. Divyesh has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Gujarat University and has completed SSC from R.M. Trivedi New Education High School and HSC in Science from St. Xaviers High School Mirzapur. He is skilled in software engineering, AI, product management, ML, mobile, and decentralized technologies. Overall, Divyesh is a highly skilled and experienced leader with a passion for building marketplaces, great teams, and delighting customers. He is interested in startups and investing and is currently hiring across verticals at Flipkart, including SDE1-4, Architect, EM, PM.
