With over 8 years of relevant experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Dmitry is an expert in building and leading high-performing teams that deliver innovative solutions to complex business problems. Dmitry is a graduate of Volgograd State University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, a Master's degree in Computer Science, and a PhD in Computer Science. He also holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, as well as an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Asia School of Business. In 2022, Dmitry attended Y Combinator, where he gained valuable knowledge and insights into the startup world. Prior to founding Peakflo, Dmitry worked as a Mentor at Growthmentor and as a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First. He has a proven track record of success in leading teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and profitability. Dmitry is currently seeking Top 1% Software Engineers to join his team at Peakflo.
