Dolly Vaishnav is an accomplished Software Engineer III at Cisco, with over 5 years of experience in the computer software industry. She is an expert in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, C++, Python, NLP, Keras, Tensorflow, Data Structures and Algorithms, MongoDB, Flask, and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Dolly has an impressive educational background, having completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bhilai Institute of Technology (BIT), Durg. During her time at BIT, Dolly was part of the summer internship program named 'Disha' at IIIT-H, where she gained valuable experience in the field of Machine Learning. Dolly has worked with several companies, including Dapplogix Software, where she served as a Machine Learning Developer and created a portal for judging and scoring system design interviews of candidates using Text-Similarity algorithms. She also implemented a Business Parser for companies to parse resumes and extract named entities using NLP and Deep Learning models. Dolly was also a Machine Learning Intern at Dapplogix Software, where she created an AI-based Resume Parser that extracted pieces of information from resumes such as name, degree, education, tech skills, and work experience. Dolly has a passion for teaching and has organized several workshops for students.
