Dora Ribeiro is a highly experienced Software Technical Author with over 16 years of relevant experience. She is currently working at Nokia as a Software Technical Author, where she authors technical documentation targeted at a community of internal developers leveraging a large-scale service analytics platform. Dora works collaboratively with developers, product and service managers to enable users to develop, support and deliver solutions based on the platform's services for customers. She has also advocated for and implemented a docs as code & docs ops project at Nokia. Prior to Nokia, Dora worked as an IT Consultant at KCS IT Project Management, where she focused on cybersecurity and process documentation at ING, Luxembourg and BNP Paribas/Securities, Lisbon. Dora has a strong technical background and is a Research Scientist by trade. She has a wealth of experience in authoring technical documentation, cybersecurity, process documentation, and content strategy.
