Prior to joining Quanta Technology, Douglas held several leadership positions at Siemens Industry US, including Director of Global Industries & EPCs, where he had P&L responsibility for a business segment in the Medium Voltage & Systems division. He also served as Business Segment Manager for Medium Voltage, where he created, staffed, and grew a new business unit that developed and delivered value-added applications for Medium Voltage products. Douglas holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, where he also earned a BSc in Electronic Engineering. He is a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving business objectives. In his current role at Quanta Technology, Douglas is focused on building and leading a high-performing team that provides innovative solutions to clients in the energy industry.
