Dr. Vinod Ebinezer is a highly experienced Director of Customer Success in Artificial Intelligence, currently working for a confidential company. He was responsible for leading a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver advanced analytics-based solutions, managing the health of the sales pipeline for the AI offering in terms of sales origination and attainment on an ongoing basis. Dr. Ebinezer has also worked as a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer for Quantum AI Tech, where he was involved in building artificial personalities and working on conscience and emotions for real AI. He has designed various business technology capabilities and implemented Proof-of-Concepts based on a combination of diverse distributed technologies for a variety of business-critical use cases within the DB. He has also built blockchain-based solutions to reduce/eliminate the multi-layered black market in ticketing, established industry working groups to augment the Financial Industry Business Ontology standard for AI-based smart contracts, and built AI-based corrosion detection systems for the oil and gas industry and automotive industry. Dr. Ebinezer has a deep knowledge of technical solutions and use cases around machine learning, deep learning, cognitive processing, virtual assistants, robotics, and more. He has a degree from St. Josephs High School and is skilled in AI, data science, blockchain, Azure, deep learning, ML, Ethereum, smart contract, computer vision, NLP, and big data integration.
