Dr Dinesh Kumar is an accomplished academician, business consultant, and former Indian Airforce veteran with over 16 years of experience in multiple domains. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee and a Fellow Program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi, both of which are considered the pinnacle of academic excellence in India. He is the first soldier in Indian history to have cracked admission offers from both IIT and IIM. Dr Kumar has authored three books and five research papers, and is currently working on several others with his peers and students. He has been invited to speak at various events and organizations, including Doordarshan TV Channel and Josh Talks Media. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at Mittal School of Business, where he teaches courses related to leadership development, industrial psychology, human resource management, and business organization and management. He is also the course coordinator for leadership development and human resource management. In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr Kumar is a co-founder and advisor at pomento.in, a profitable business that he helped build from scratch. He has also served as Joint Secretary at Mahrishi Dayanand Yoga Samiti since 2017, where he advises officials, yoga practitioners, and social workers on NGO upgradation, communication skills, event coordination, and volunteer placement. Dr Kumar holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Social Work from IGNOU, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy from Annamalai University. He has also cleared the National Eligibility Test for Assistant Professorship and Junior Research Fellowship conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Dr Kumar's technical skills include web development and research science, and he has relevant experience of 0.68 years.
