Dr. Priti Ojha is a highly experienced School Principal and Global Peace Ambassador with over 22 years of experience in the education sector. She has worked in 9 different schools across India during her schooling, which has helped her develop exceptional abilities such as resilience, teamwork, communication, and strategic thinking. Dr. Ojha began her professional journey as a computer coder and teacher in 2002, where she realized that computer science is not just a subject but a tool to teach and learn various subjects. She introduced Computer Aided Learning Lab (CAL) to teachers and students and wrote books from grades 3 to 7, customized for the school. As a Principal, Dr. Ojha has worked in 4 schools till date and has gained diverse experience. She effortlessly resolves various issues related to parent inquiry, student needs, and teacher queries. She has also conducted workshops for teachers, identified their strengths and weaknesses, and enhanced their ability for quick decision making. Dr. Ojha has received 6 International School Awards accredited by the British Council and is a facilitator with the British Council since 2007 for core skills for teachers and leaders. She is also felicitated as the British Council school ambassador since 2010. As a Principal for a girl’s residential school in Kurukshetra, Dr. Ojha promoted vocational skills among girls to make them independent. Since 2017, she has been working as a Principal in Delhi, where she has established exchange programs through AFS, association with NPSC body, and received accreditation as an ISA school. Her major focus is to strengthen emotional and physical awareness in primary school and provide the best career prospects to students in senior school. Dr. Ojha is also an Executive Member of the Private School Principals Association, which aims to cater to the educational needs of tomorrow through empowered principals and educators. She holds a Master's degree in Computer Management, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and has completed her class XII from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
