Dr. Ajay Kaushik is a multidimensional personality with vast experience in the field of teaching, research, strategic management, administration, academics administration, systems development, human resource development and retention, governance, and building new institutions. He has a unique leadership style that brings out the best in the team for achieving organizational objectives. Currently, he is serving as a Professor & Registrar (with independent charge of University campus) at Venkateshwara Open University, where he is responsible for looking after all activities in the university campus, including teaching and non-teaching as an Independent Director. He is also responsible for looking after the Administration, Examination Department, Compliances of UGC & AICTE, conducting Faculty and Staff Development Programs, teaching, counseling and guiding the students, faculties and non-teaching staffs, taking care of Facilities and services, Vendors Management and contracts, security management, discipline, and sports. Dr. Kaushik has worked as a Registrar & Professor at TIAS-IPU, where he looked after general administration and academic administration, statutory compliance, HR, and organized various meetings, seminars, symposium, and conferences of national and international level. He has also worked as a General Manager HR and Administration in Real Estate, where he spearheaded efforts across developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled workforces and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, and development. Dr. Kaushik holds a Ph.D., M.Phil, PGDHRD (MBA), PGDT&D, PGD PM & IR, BASM, MA, from MDU, PU, NIHRD, WHRB - CAMI - USA, and a Fellowship from AHRB - CAMI - USA. He has also completed his MA, PGD HRD, PMIR, PGD Trg & Dev., PGD FM, M Phil-PhD - Fellowship from M D Uni, Punjabi University, CAMI USA. He is a Research Scientist and has relevant experience of 9.68 years.
