Dr. Asha Durafe is an experienced Assistant Professor and Star Certified Trainer for Star Cyber Secure User (SCSU) with a demonstrated history of working in the technical education industry. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor and In-charge of the IPR cell, NPTEL, and spoken tutorials coordinator for Cybersecurity Department at Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College, Mumbai. With 14.85 years of relevant experience, Dr. Durafe is skilled in Redhat linux, NS-2, Network Design, OPNET, Matlab, Simulink, and Ultra fractal tools, and areas like Power Electronics, Wireless Networking, DNA and chaotic encryption, Digital Image Processing, and ML based tools. Dr. Durafe holds an M.Tech in Electronics Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) and completed her PhD from SPSU, Rajasthan, India, in the Cybersecurity domain. Her research focuses on Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism. She also holds a High School Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VJTI and completed her schooling from Jondhale High School. Prior to joining Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College, Dr. Durafe worked as a Course Developer at Vidyalankar Group of Educational Institutes. She has strong education professional skills and has published research papers in various international journals. Dr. Durafe is a skilled professional in Image Processing and ML and has a passion for teaching and developing young minds. She has been actively involved in various technical workshops and seminars and has received numerous awards and recognitions for her contributions to the field of technical education.
