Dr. Sushant Bhatnagar is a seasoned strategist and practitioner with over 20 years of progressive experience in strategic program management, operations excellence, digital transformation, M&A, customer engagement, relationship management, leading large global teams and successfully executing highly visible ICT projects. He is currently the Head of Operations - BA Digital Services Transformation Office at Ericsson. Dr. Bhatnagar holds a PhD and MBA from IIM Lucknow and has worked with top-tier companies such as NTT Data and Steria mainly in BFSI and Telecom domain. He has also worked as an IoT Program Director in IoT Strategy unit at Ericsson, where he drove IoT vide strategic initiatives such as Next generation connectivity edge, DevOps, Analytics Dashboard, Digital Transformation, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), M&A, Delivery Excellence of IoT portfolio across domains, Driving Balanced Score Card KPIs, Financials (comprising of Costs, Revenue, Margin and Man hour rate card planning) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt driver. In his previous roles in EGIL including Head - Global Transition and Transformation, Dr. Bhatnagar handled a diverse portfolio and regularly liaised with the EGIL top management and contributed in key tactical decisions around resource and cost planning such as headcount growth, utilization, billability, sales operations, analytics, automations etc. He was also a line manager of 40 Transformation Program Managers who were managing over 100 transition and transformation projects amongst themselves leading to ~3K offshoring. Dr. Bhatnagar's other specialties include cross-functional team leadership, project and program management, transition and transformation, consulting and systems integration, people management, internet of things (IOT), J2EE application architecture, PMP, internet marketing, presales (technical solution, estimation, forecast and resourcing). Dr. Bhatnagar's educational background includes a PhD and MBA from IIM Lucknow, a BE in Electronics Engineering from MNNIT, and high school education from St. Peter's Academy, Patiala. Dr. Bhatnagar's relevant experience is 12.61 years and his tech stack includes integration, DevOps, Java, and senior software engineer.
