Dr. Ravi Shankar Saripalle is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in consulting, program management, training, and mentoring, managed services, pre-sales, application development management, research, innovation, and incubation process. He is currently working on two assignments - Director, Center for Innovation and Incubation, GVPCE, and Building eGyanGanga Platform - A Unified, Organized, Multilingual Knowledge and Open Learning Tracking Platform. Dr. Saripalle has a diverse career portfolio and narrative, starting from his college days when he attempted to teach +2 students in a junior college. During his Wipro stint of 14 years, he served as a coder, business analyst, pre-sales, IT outsourcing/offshoring consultant, and project/program management. After Wipro, he started a consulting startup, Srujana and Dukeship Consulting, but it failed. He then started the "Inspire to Innovate Storytelling Movement" ten years ago, which he is still counting. Currently, Dr. Saripalle is working on the eGyanGanga Platform, which is a unified, multi-lingual, open knowledge, and learning platform for universal learning cause-(not for profit project). He is seeking support from visionary, intellectual, and entrepreneurial communities to build this platform. The platform aims to provide free digital learning repositories, engagement, and tracking using Global Digital Learning ID concepts. It also aims to develop a unified knowledge, learning, employment, research, and business opportunity development platform for the world's three billion learners for free. Dr. Saripalle has advised companies like MVGR Innovation Sandbox on innovation consulting, kindling innovation culture in organizations and educational institutes, and building global innovative leaders. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from JNTU, an MBA in HRM from Nagarjuna University, and a Master of Computer Applications from Andhra University. He also has a GMP from IIM and a B.Sc. specialization in Mathes, Physics & Chemistry from Andhra University. Dr. Saripalle's tech stack includes research scientist, AI, search, test, and DevOps. He has relevant experience of 15.36 years and is mentoring and helping a few start-ups. He is also attempting to be a YouTuber, blogger, and handling social media with a purpose.
