Dr. Saima Femida is an aspiring organizational and industrial psychologist, certified soft skill and life skill trainer, and content creator. She is a skilled professional freelancer with a demonstrated history of working in the professional training and coaching industry. With a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, Dr. Femida is a strong analytical and leadership professional. Currently self-employed, Dr. Femida's expertise lies in team motivation, communication, conference speaking, public speaking, and corporate communications. She has a passion for helping people improve their soft skills and personality development. Dr. Femida's past experience includes working as a Training Specialist at Mats University, Raipur. During her time there, she drafted a semester-wise course curriculum for soft skills and personality development for the academic year. She also conducted soft-skill training for all academic students across 11 different departments in the University. Additionally, Dr. Femida designed and conducted special advance training workshops for final year students eligible for campus placements.
