With over 3 years of experience in the industry, Drashti is a creative thinker who enjoys leveraging her artistic skills to create impactful stories and presentations that revamp the impact of stakeholder communications. Drashti's expertise lies in conceptualizing, strategizing, and reimagining Employee Engagement and Mentorship. She has a particular interest in Tech Recruitment, Stakeholder Management, Behavioral Psychology & Art. Prior to joining Fynd, Drashti worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Crewscale and Ulterius Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. In addition to her work experience, Drashti holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), as well as a Bachelor and Master of Science in Chemistry from Saurashtra University.
