Dravisha Katoch is a dynamic young professional with a passion for transforming ideas into action. She has a diverse range of skills and experience in growth, marketing, product experience, community building, personal branding, and mental health initiatives. Currently, Dravisha is spearheading growth for a media-tech startup, The Signal, where she is responsible for building and executing strategies for customer marketing, product marketing, and digital marketing. In addition to her work at The Signal, Dravisha also teaches marginalised college students via her not-for-profit ed-tech project, Learn for Less, which offers 3-day unique workshops at just $1 along with a bundle of free resources to help students build their personal brand and get equal opportunities. Dravisha has held various roles in high-growth start-ups, including marketing strategist, project manager, founding member, and advisor. She was the first female South Asian Partner at Good City Foundation, where she worked on a project to co-create a sustainable tourism lab in Bali along with the Bali Government. She has also worked with start-ups such as Locale.ai, Lokyatha, Leantrack, and Insino Ventures Pvt. Ltd., helping them with business development, product launch, project management, and marketing strategy. Her work in these roles has led to impressive results, including a 30x increase in revenue within 4 months and an increase in website sessions by 107%. Dravisha is deeply committed to mental health and women's empowerment initiatives. She has taken up numerous mental health initiatives, including Aida, which led to an interview invitation from the LinkedIn India team, and a LOR from Maneka Gandhi for policy recommendations for the Ministry of Women & Child Development. She was also the President of the Indian Chapter of L2S, the world's largest youth-run mental health organization. Dravisha is a 2x TEDx Speaker and has delivered talks as a panelist and keynote speaker at top-tier colleges such as SRCC, Delhi University; Bennett University; GLA University, Mathura; SGT University, Gurgaon; CCOEW, Nagpur, and many more. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship from Ashoka University, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, and a High School degree in Non-Medical from The Army Public School. Dravisha's tech stack includes AI, and she has 1.19 years of relevant experience.
