Drew Baumann is a seasoned founding hands-on CTO with over 15 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. He has helped several startups in their journey to exits in their respective markets. Drew is currently the Founding Engineer at Repeat, a SaaS platform that enables Consumer Packaged brands to turn one-time buyers into repeat customers. In his role, he oversees the development of the Smart Replenishment software that leverages unique consumption habits of every consumer opted into the service to drive repeat sales for CPG brands through a combination of automation, personalized reminders, and a cart purpose-built for replenishment. Prior to Repeat, Drew was the Founding Engineer at Silversheet, where he played a key role in the development of the platform that streamlines the onboarding and management of healthcare providers. He also worked as a Senior Mobile Engineer at Liveperson where he developed a live chat client designed for the mobile web and worked with Fortune 500 clients to implement mobile chat into their front end. Drew's expertise spans across Senior Software Engineering, Mobile, Frontend, and Web development. He is a winner of Fall 2010 LA Startup Weekend and Twilio Hackathons for TXTBeer and Bring The Popcorn. He was also a finalist for 2011 Startup Bus for Fly By Miles. Outside of work, Drew is a culinary enthusiast, amateur guitarist, singer, skier, and tech nerd. He is excited to explore interesting problems and is always eager to take on new challenges.
