Drew DeCarme is a highly skilled Software Engineering Consultant at Chariot Solutions with over 10 years of relevant experience. He is responsible for overseeing front-end engineering activities across 4+ applications, where he has architected and implemented a customized modern enterprise front-end stack. Drew has also developed and set front-end development and JavaScript standards across the organization, creating a company-wide component pattern library accompanied by a living style-guide and component playground. He has written a common API layer into all component patterns and created standards for change, enhancement, and deployment requests. Drew has a B.S. of Information Science and Technology from Penn State University, where he majored in Integrations & Applications. Drew is currently working on standardizing state management and component acceptance across all internal and external applications. He has a proven track record of developing, defining, and creating first iterations of requirements, UX, and visual designs for national addressable platforms.
