He is a Master of Sciences graduate from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne, where he majored in Microengineering and Production Technologies. Duke is trilingual, fluent in French, English, and Vietnamese, which has enabled him to work with diverse teams across different countries. Duke is a Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner and has expertise in UX/UI, product development, project management, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and JIRA. He has managed and released several IT projects and products, and his experience includes working with mobile and online platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and Web. Duke's current role is as Group CTO & Head of Product at deliveree on-demand logistics (southeast Asia). Before his current role, Duke served as the Product Development Manager at deliveree on-demand logistics (southeast Asia) and as a Product/Project Manager at Synova Group. In both roles, he was responsible for managing and releasing IT projects and products. Duke has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer, and his technical skills include product management, Android, iOS, Mobile, UI, and Web. Duke's education background includes a Master's Degree in Production Engineering and Microengineering from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland. He completed his degree in 2006.
