Prior to joining Citi, Dung worked with CFE Federal Credit Union, where he held the position of Business Intelligence Analyst and Data Scientist. He has also served as a Business Intelligence Intern with the same organization. During his tenure with CFE Federal Credit Union, Dung was responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to help the organization make informed business decisions. Dung's education history is equally impressive, having earned his Bachelor's degree in International Business from Foreign Trade University in Vietnam, followed by a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of Central Florida. He has also completed coursework in Data Science and Research Science, which have helped him develop a deep understanding of the field.
