Duy Phan is an experienced IT professional with over 13 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as an IT Customer Systems Delivery Manager at Procter & Gamble, where he leads the creation and execution of customer systems delivery initiatives that address top priority business challenges. He collaborates with multi-functional business teams on appropriate uses of technology, IT solutions, and tools. He also manages strategic vendors to ensure service operations standards and leads scalable IT Systems projects across the region or globe. Prior to his current role, Duy Phan worked at RMIT International University Vietnam as an IT System Administrator, where he performed daily administration of Domain Policy and User management, File/Web/Database Server Management, system monitoring, and more. He also worked collaboratively with IT Application developers and vendors to manage and maintain various enterprise application systems. He provided technical diagnoses, resolved high-level technical problems, and created and maintained accurate documentation for Windows system and services manuals, procedures, and policies. Duy Phan also worked as a Project Leader - IT Customer Services at RMIT University Vietnam, where he operated the IT Services Helpdesk and managed and coordinated all project plans and ICT hardware’s change management of IT helpdesk team. He planned, supervised, and undertook scheduled maintenance upgrades of student's computer lab and staff's PCs. Duy Phan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Systems from the International University of VNU-HCMC. He has expertise in Web technologies and has developed in-depth business, domain, and systems knowledge for building relevant solutions and services. He is a collaborative team player and has worked with a diverse group of people within the P&G organization and Global IT community.
