Echo Tang is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with over 15 years of experience in finding, keeping and growing technical talents for Research & Development Centers in China. She is currently working as Talent Acquisition Lead for Volkswagen Group R&D China, where she is responsible for ensuring the organization ramp-up through finding and recruiting technical talents. Echo is passionate about finding technical geeks who know the car and is always on the lookout for new talent to join the team. Echo has a proven track record of success in the automotive industry, having previously worked as HR Manager & Talent Acquisition for Faraday Future, where she was responsible for Sr. HR Business Partner of R&D China, covering self-driving, connected vehicle, in-car system, and automotive infotainment. Prior to that, she worked as an HR Business Partner for EXFO. Echo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Renmin University of China, a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Information and Computing Science from Harbin University of Science and Technology. She is a Research Scientist with expertise in finding and recruiting technical talents in the automotive industry.
