Edson Costa Júnior is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with over five years of experience in the digital products and services industry. He has a strong background in marketing, design, UX, UI, agile, and development, which he uses to solve user problems and needs. Edson started his career as a designer in some agencies and graphics, and later evolved to social media/media at Buscapé and Smart Fit, where he began his journey as a Product Manager. Edson has worked on a variety of products, including plans sales sites, workout apps, self-service kiosks, streaming platforms, logistics, selection and recruitment, and investment tools. He possesses solid knowledge of GA, Search Console, Amplitude, Metabase, GTM, SemRush, Jira, NewRelic, Trello, Scrum, Kanban, Agile, UX, UI, Figma, Confluence, Office, Data Studio, and SQL. Currently, Edson is a Senior Product Manager at TC, where he leads a team of developers, designers, QA, and marketing professionals. He is responsible for product-led-growth, focused on expanding product usage and increasing organic user acquisition. In the past, Edson has worked as a Product Manager at Revelo, where he led a multidisciplinary squad with people from Growth, Design, CRM, and Tech, with the objective of finding product and business levers for the platform's candidate acquisition funnel. He also worked as a Product Owner at Smart Fit, where he managed some products and initiatives inside the core business unit, bringing together UX, design, and diverse technical teams to fulfill the business goals.
