Edward Navarro is a Full Stack Web Developer with over 10 years of experience in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, React.js, Laravel, among others. He is currently working as a Digital Development Engineer at Canal 1, a Colombian state-owned television channel. He has extensive experience in Linux systems and servers management, as well as mobile development experience using the React Native framework and app stores deployment and publishing. Edward has created and maintained different web applications, websites, and mobile apps using JavaScript, React, Next.js, React Native, AWS DynamoDB, HTML5, and CSS. He has also created and maintained custom integrations with external platforms like Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Google News Initiative. In his previous role, Edward worked as an Information Technologies Manager for AG Institute, a company that sells and promotes aesthetic health care services nationwide using custom applications on majority of their processes. He created and maintained WordPress corporate websites using custom developed themes and plugins, as well as a custom web application in PHP and Laravel for managing patient consent documents. He also created and maintained a back-end gateway to connect old client-server systems with modern web applications and external APIs. Edward has a Technical Training degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, which he is expected to complete in 2022. He has a strong tech stack that includes Web, Javascript, Mobile, AWS, React Native, PHP, dotNET, MySQL, Backend, infra, and ReactJS.
