Ekansh Gupta is an ambitious and hardworking team player with a sheer curiosity into the emerging technologies of the software world. Currently, he is working as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he is responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to the team. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ekansh worked at Paytm as a Software Engineer in the OAuth Customer Domain Team. He was responsible for authentication and authorization of 350 million registered Paytm users while maintaining other customer-related data resulting in a whooping 25K TPS peak user traffic for user sign-ups, logins, and other integration. His major role was developing and integrating complex features that involved creating secure REST APIs in Java (Spring), optimizing SQL queries, designing API flow, DB tables, and monitoring dashboard for production, using Kafka for messaging queue, Redis for caching, etc. In the team, he owned the feature from grooming it with the product team to taking the feature live on production. Other responsibilities included helping in the empowerment of new team members, real-time monitoring, and solving issues on the production environment and making detailed System Analysis (SA) Docs documenting the design and flow of APIs. His tech stack includes Java, Kafka, Spring, Backend, MySQL, Redis, SQL, Software Engineer, and Integration. Ekansh's expertise lies in the Spring framework, OOPs, DS, Algo, MySQL, REST APIs, and Kafka. He is an experienced backend developer skilled in C, C++, and Java programming languages. He is always eager to learn and explore new technologies and is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the software industry.
