Elena Maslovskaya is a Senior Director of UX at Incorta with over 20 years of experience in UX/UI Design and Product Development. She is passionate about innovation and quality and believes that great design starts and ends with user needs. Elena specializes in User Experience Research, User Experience Design, User Interface Design (Web, Mobile and onPrem), Usability, Information Architecture, Project Management (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, PMI), University Teaching, Flash/Flex Development, HTML, and CSS Development. In her current role at Incorta, Elena is responsible for hiring UX and Visual Designers and integrating user research into product designs. She works on increasing UX maturity and aligning the product team towards user-centered goals. Elena's expertise in all stages of web, mobile, and software product development has enabled her to bring complex product concepts to life. Elena has worked with several renowned companies in the past, including Palo Alto Networks and F5. As a Principal UX Designer at Palo Alto Networks, she established viable and regular Qualitative and Quantitative research practices in multiple teams across the organization. She created an environment and processes to integrate user research and validation into project schedules, so business and user goals are aligned and communicated. At F5, as a Senior UX Designer, she built and mentored a team of UX/UI designers for F5's first cloud offering (portal.cloudservices.f5.com). She also architected the GSLB and DNS services and Account/Users environments. Elena completed her education in Computer Science from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in 2008, and her relevant experience in the industry spans over 11.44 years.
