Elena Winkelmann is a seasoned consultant with a passion for learning strategy and instructional design, as well as mental health and wellbeing. She currently works as a Consultant in Learning Strategy, E-Learning, and Instructional Design, helping companies define their learning strategy, advising on e-learning and blended-learning, conducting needs analysis, developing concepts for curriculum and learning content, and facilitating webinars and workshops on instructional design, e-learning, learners' motivation, mental health, and wellbeing. Elena is also a partner at Workademy, a company that provides e-learning consulting, content creation, and LMS services. Prior to her current role, Elena worked as a Learning Strategist at Workademy, where she created e-learning solutions for a wide range of clients and hosted webinars and workshops on e-learning and training. She also has experience as a Facilitator, Coach, where she facilitated individual and group yoga, mindfulness, and meditation sessions, as well as expressive arts workshops. Elena worked with topics such as grief, anxiety, burnout, depression, and negative self-beliefs, combining scientific research and various embodiment methods to help people live healthier. Elena has a diverse educational background with a degree in Religious Studies from the Russian State University for Humanities, a German as a Foreign Language - Trainer Certification from Goethe-Institut / FSU Jena, and a 200h Yoga Teacher Training, Trauma Informed Yoga, and Yoga Nidra from My Vinyasa Practice, Yoga, and Yoga Therapy. She has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer for over eight years.
